Discover a 38 m² apartment for up to 4 guests, with a 7 m² terrace, just 1 km from the Mediterranean and its turquoise beaches. It is situated on the first floor of the residence, accessible by elevator.

ACCOMMODATION:

The Oly Vacances Mandelieu apartment features a warm, bright living area (with sofa bed for two and a TV) and a fully equipped open kitchen, including a refrigerator, ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Gather around a delicious meal on the balcony and enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine throughout the day.

The bedroom, accessible from both the living room and the balcony, has a double bed (160 x 180 cm). A washing machine is available in the wardrobe.

The bathroom (with bathtub) and separate WC are separate.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and includes a covered parking space.

THE RESIDENCE:

Explore a 6 ha gated and landscaped resort with its own private lake, just a few steps from the beach.

The residence features a heated outdoor pool (open early May to mid-September), a children’s pool with water jets, and a solarium with sun loungers to soak up the sun. It also offers tennis courts, a multi-sports field, pétanque courts, and a children’s playground.

In summer, enjoy the refreshment area, restaurant, and snack bar (open from early July to late August).

The Lérins Islands

Facing the Bay of Cannes, the Lérins Islands offer a true haven of peace, blending preserved nature with historical heritage.
